As the founder of Student Housing Consultancy, Dan Smith has been invited to student accommodation and property events worldwide as a speaker, moderator, panellist or host. Dan is never short of an opinion on the state of student accommodation or the higher education sector which is obvious from his Linkedin posts and he enjoys sharing his thoughts with new audiences. He brings a fresh perspective to traditional events and can cover various topics in detail as well as hosting stages or moderating discussions.
